These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PandaFind and related services, tools, applications, and features operated under the 17labs brand (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
PandaFind is an early-stage shopping assistant application that helps users surface product results from AliExpress inside AI assistants such as ChatGPT, and in the future potentially other assistant environments.
The Service is designed to help users:
- find AliExpress listings that may not appear prominently in generic web shopping results
- compare prices across marketplaces
- identify potential reseller markups on third-party marketplaces
The Service is informational only. 17labs does not sell products, process orders, handle fulfillment, or participate in the purchase contract between the user and any third-party seller or marketplace.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly permit individuals under 13 to use the Service.
4. Accounts & Access
Access to the Service may be provided through third-party assistant platforms, app stores, browsers, or other environments. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials or platform accounts used to access the Service.
17labs does not control third-party authentication or assistant platforms and is not responsible for their availability, behavior, or security.
5. Product Information and Third-Party Marketplaces
The Service may display product titles, prices, images, marketplace links, merchant names, shipping-related information, and other product metadata obtained from third-party sources.
We do not guarantee:
- the accuracy of product data
- the availability of any product
- the correctness of marketplace pricing
- the quality, legality, safety, or authenticity of any item
Prices, availability, shipping times, taxes, and product details may change without notice.
Any purchase you make is solely between you and the relevant third-party marketplace or seller.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links.
If you click or purchase through certain links, 17labs may earn a commission from the third-party marketplace or affiliate program, at no additional cost to you.
The existence of affiliate links does not mean that 17labs:
- endorses a particular seller
- guarantees the best available price
- acts as the merchant, reseller, or marketplace operator

You agree to use the Service only for personal, lawful, and reasonable purposes.
You may not:
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service
- use bots or automated systems to abuse the Service
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code or internal logic
- circumvent technical safeguards or usage limits

- interfere with or disrupt the Service or related systems

The Service relies on third-party platforms and services, including:
- AI assistant platforms
- cloud infrastructure providers
- marketplaces and affiliate programs
- analytics, support, and security vendors
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. 17labs is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their availability or behavior.

The Service is intended for general consumer shopping discovery and comparison purposes only. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, customs, consumer protection, or other professional advice.
We do not guarantee that any result is the cheapest, safest, best, or most suitable option for your needs.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 17labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, savings, or use arising out of or related to the Service.
This includes losses arising from purchases or reliance on third-party marketplace information.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 17labs from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or that continued access poses a risk to the Service, third parties, or other users.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
IMPORTANT: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action. Claims eligible for small claims court may be brought there instead.

17. Regional Terms
The following additional terms apply only where required by applicable law.
A. European Economic Area (EEA) & United Kingdom
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Where the Service is provided on an early-access or experimental basis and without payment, certain consumer rights related to paid digital services may not apply.
B. United States
If you are located in the United States, the arbitration and class action waiver provisions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
C. Availability
The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions, and access may be limited or restricted where required by law.
